Programme Coordinator – Grant Management

About the role

The Programme Coordinator (Grant Management) will lead the Grant Management team at IOM Mozambique, ensuring effective coordination of implementing partners and grant activities across all mission sectors. The role focuses on day‑to‑day implementation of specific grants, with particular responsibility for the Rapid Response and Localization Fund (RRF) programme.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Grant Management team that oversees Implementing Partner (IP) and Grant Management (GM) processes for the mission.
• Ensure coordinated, effective implementation of grants and partner projects across all sectors of IOM Mozambique’s work.
• Lead the administration of the Rapid Response and Localization Fund (RRF) programme.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief of Mission, Head of Emergency Response and Recovery Unit, and other unit heads to align grant activities with mission priorities.

Required profile

• Ability to work under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and direct supervision of the Head of Emergency Response and Recovery Unit.
• Experience coordinating with multiple unit heads and external implementing partners.
