Reporting and Performance Officer (M/F) – Local Content

About the role

Our Client is a prestigious company operating in the Oil & Gas sector. The Reporting and Performance Officer will lead the production of Local Content reports, monitor contractor performance, and support the development of the TEPMA1 Local Content plan.

Key responsibilities

• Produce quarterly and yearly Local Content reports and keep Local Content KPIs up‑to‑date.
• Monitor contractors’ Local Content performance, expedite their reports and integrate data into project reporting.
• Support the development, update and monitoring of the TEPMA1 Local Content plan, covering employment, training, procurement and capacity‑building needs.
• Coordinate implementation and communication of projects such as industrial baseline surveys, studies and business delegations.
• Report HSE incidents or unsafe conditions, implement mitigation actions and, when necessary, stop unsafe work.
• Collect and share market intelligence with discipline leaders and main contractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Mozambican nationality; residence in the local area is an advantage.
