Consortium Coordinator – Mozambique

About the role

The Consortium Coordinator will act as the focal point for consortium management and governance, ensuring quality implementation, compliance with OCHA/MHF rules, and effective coordination among partners to deliver multi‑sector assistance in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary consortium representative to donors and stakeholders, addressing all project matters and ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Lead structured coordination among consortium members, chair meetings, document decisions and track action points.
• Oversee implementation of consortium activities, monitor progress against objectives and indicators, and conduct regular field visits.
• Manage internal and external reporting processes, delivering high‑quality narrative and financial submissions.
• Represent the consortium at donor visits, coordination/cluster meetings and ensure visibility of project outcomes.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Public Health, Humanitarian Studies, International Development, Social Sciences, International Law or a related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience leading multi‑partner humanitarian projects and managing donor compliance.

Required skills

• Experience with consortium coordination, donor reporting and compliance (OCHA/MHF).
• Strong knowledge of humanitarian programming, MEAL, grant management and partnership building.
