C&P Business Services Manager

About the role

The C&P Business Services Manager leads the Contracts and Procurement function for the Business Services entity, ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness and compliance. The role supports partner entities across IT, QA/QC, and facilities in Maputo, driving continuous improvement and strategic sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, manage and control daily Contracts and Procurement activities, ensuring transparency and alignment with corporate policies.
• Lead contracts committees, develop procurement strategies, and drive cost optimisation using market intelligence and supplier evaluations.
• Coordinate workload across the Contracts and Procurement workforce and manage the BS contracts team in collaboration with partner entities.
• Validate contractual documents, conduct selective audits, and intervene in dispute resolution with legal, insurance and finance teams.
• Define, monitor and report KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations with at least 2 years in technical contracts.
• International experience and ability to train newly recruited C&P personnel.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
