HR Expat Coordinator – Full Time

About the role

The HR Expat Coordinator supports the business and employees throughout the employment lifecycle, focusing on expatriate and international talent. This full‑time position works within defined parameters, making decisions on moderate to high‑complexity HR issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely advice on HR policies, employee relations, benefits, talent development, and payroll.
• Manage recruitment activities aligned with business needs, including offer letters and employment contracts.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding processes, conduct orientation sessions, exit interviews, and update HR systems.
• Coordinate talent management initiatives such as talent reviews, succession planning, and goal setting.
• Handle compensation processes, including salary reviews, promotions, and merit reviews.
• Partner with HR Centers of Expertise on global initiatives.
• Maintain HR and related systems, generate monthly and ad‑hoc HR reports, and visualize data.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and document procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
• 5–7 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Experience with HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
