About the role
The HR Expat Coordinator supports the business and employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle, ensuring smooth talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, talent management, compensation, and benefits processes on a global scale.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely advice on HR policies, employee relations, benefits, talent development, and payroll.
- Manage recruitment activities, prepare offer letters and employment contracts in line with company policy and local regulations.
- Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding, including orientation sessions, exit interviews, and system updates.
- Coordinate talent management initiatives such as talent reviews, succession planning, and goal setting.
- Administer compensation processes, including salary reviews, promotions, and merit cycles.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence on global initiatives and maintain HR systems.
- Generate monthly and ad‑hoc HR reports, visualizing data for decision‑making.
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and maintain procedural documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
- 5–7 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality.
