Import Export Finance & Investment Expert – Country Manager

About the role

This freelance, part‑time, virtual position supports Silicon Valley Global PH Inc. in promoting its import‑export finance and investment solutions within a designated country. The role combines strategic business development, compliance oversight, and leadership of a local team.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote SVG’s products and services to import‑export clients.
• Oversee country operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and manage budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and lead a professional team.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience (e.g., CEO, Founder, Director, Operations Head) in trade, manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Minimum three years of experience in trade finance, banking consultancy, or international trading business.
• Strong knowledge of local commercial regulations and ability to work remotely and independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with banking instruments: Letters of Credit (LC/DLC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), Proof of Funds (POF), Bank Comfort Letters (BCL).
• Proficiency with SWIFT messaging formats such as MT760, MT799, MT700.
• Experience using digital sales and marketing platforms to generate leads.
