MRV and Feasibility Studies Coordinator

About the role

The Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) and Feasibility Studies Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution and quality of field data collection projects in Mozambique. Reporting to the project manager, you will ensure surveys are set up, teams are trained and data flows are managed to support commercial decisions on distribution locations.

Key responsibilities

• Set up surveys on data collection platforms such as Kobo and Enketo.
• Develop training materials and deliver training to field enumerators and coordinators.
• Recruit, train and supervise multiple field teams across different locations.
• Own the end‑to‑end data flow, ensuring quality control and timely delivery of reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal functions to provide data‑driven insights for commercial teams.
• Conduct process audits and monitor field performance against qualitative and quantitative targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience leading field teams in data collection or similar environments.
• Strong command of English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Mozambique.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and meet project timelines.

Required skills

• Kobo (and Enketo) survey platform.
• Microsoft Excel for basic data analysis.
• Data collection and monitoring processes.
• Audit‑style quality assurance.
