Packaging Process Operator

About the role

Join a dynamic team that drives the packaging process for a leading beverage company. As a Packaging Process Operator you will be responsible for operating, maintaining and monitoring shift processes while ensuring safety, quality and productivity standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and implement the shift production plan.
• Perform quality analyses to guarantee process quality and productivity.
• Manage waste and by‑products generated during the shift.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Use escalation procedures to reduce reaction time.
• Execute VPO implementation plans according to standards.
• Meet or exceed shift targets and ensure timely execution of actions.
• Apply problem‑solving and decision‑making techniques.
• Discuss development plans, training and performance with the supervisor.

Required profile

• Medium level knowledge in mechanics, electronics or electricity.
• Secondary education in mechanics, electronics or electricity (higher education is a plus).
• Acceptable level of English.
• Efficient, communicative, dynamic with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal relationships.
