Quality Control Specialist – Warehouse Operations

About the role

The Quality Control Specialist supports Freeman’s supply‑chain operations across three hospital campuses and physician clinics in Oklahoma and Kansas. Working in the mailroom, duplicating, and warehouse areas, you will ensure inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and a clean, organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tracking inventory requisitions, including restock and departmental orders.
• Check in major stock orders and verify quantities against purchase documentation.
• Maintain warehouse organization by monitoring shelf locations, product placement, and routine cleaning.
• Ensure fire extinguishers and other safety equipment meet OSHA, HFAP, and fire‑department inspection standards.
• Assist with documentation and reporting related to inventory movements and quality checks.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external couriers.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment and lift moderate loads.
