Sales Representative

About the role

Blueberry Travel is seeking a full‑time Sales Representative to join its Beira office. You will work directly with individual and corporate clients, promoting a range of travel services and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and follow up on leads.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with operations and customer support to ensure smooth bookings.
• Provide after‑sales service and support.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to promotional campaigns.
• Represent Blueberry Travel’s brand and values in all client communications.

Required profile

• Proven sales and negotiation experience, including lead generation and deal closing.
• Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of travel‑industry products or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfortable using technology and office tools.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beira, manage time effectively and meet sales targets.
• Relevant education in business, tourism, marketing or related field; travel‑sales experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and local languages; additional languages are an asset.
