Senior Government Relations Representative

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Senior Government Relations Representative to lead and coordinate all government‑mandated processes in Mozambique. You will ensure seamless visa, work permit, license, and security pass administration while maintaining strong relationships with authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute activities related to visas, work permits, licenses, security passes, and other government‑required processes.
• Ensure timely processing and completion of immigration and regulatory documentation.
• Manage compliance with current government procedures, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Liaise directly with government officials to obtain approvals and resolve administrative issues.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with relevant government stakeholders through regular face‑to‑face engagement.
• Monitor changes in government policies and ensure organizational compliance with updated requirements.
• Provide administrative coordination and supervision to support efficient processing of documentation and permits.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong administrative and supervisory abilities to manage workflows and meet service delivery standards.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience handling complex government relations and documentation processes.
