About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our commercial performance in Mozambique. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, creating new business opportunities, and overseeing the full sales cycle for enterprise ICT solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual sales strategies.
- Drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio.
- Identify new market opportunities and build strategic relationships.
- Manage and optimise the sales process to exceed targets.
- Lead, train, motivate and performance‑manage the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events.
- Prepare pricing proposals, quotations and client presentations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work with finance, production and leadership to align commercial objectives.
Required profile
- 7–10+ years of success in ICT/technology sales, selling enterprise solutions.
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and building C‑suite relationships.
- Leadership experience managing high‑performing sales teams.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field preferred.
- Relevant ICT certifications or vendor accreditations are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance and implement corrective actions.
