About the role

Effectively supervise and coordinate personnel across client sites to maximise operational efficiency, service delivery, customer satisfaction and profitability while ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements. The position requires a Grade 12/N3 education together with supervisory, risk assessment and legal liability training.

Required profile

Grade 12/N3 qualification
Supervisory and/or management training
Risk assessment training – A2
Legal liability training – MHSA
Minimum 2 years management experience in a technical environment
Minimum 3 years technical equipment supervision experience
Commercial/customer relations experience
Exposure to customer safety and MHSA compliance
