Engineering Internship – Energy Industry

About the role

Halliburton is seeking motivated individuals to join our engineering team in Maputo as interns. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in the global energy sector, allowing you to develop professional and technical knowledge while contributing to real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assignments that develop technical work knowledge using standard techniques and procedures.
• Execute a sequence of related tasks under supervision, applying engineering principles.
• Make preliminary selections and adaptations of alternatives with limited judgment.
• Support designated functions for a defined duration, collaborating with senior engineers.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2025) or currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, graduating in 2026 or 2027, preferably in engineering.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Legal permission to work in Mozambique.
• Previous internships, volunteering, or awards are a plus.
