FF&E Procurement Manager

About the role

Utopia is seeking an FF&E Procurement Manager to join its ultra‑luxury hospitality team. Working closely with interior designers and the Senior FF&E Procurement Manager, you will oversee budgets, sourcing, logistics and installations for our high‑end properties.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain FF&E and OS&E budgets, cost planning and payment forecasts.
• Lead sourcing, tendering and market research for furniture, fixtures, equipment and operating supplies.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, purchase orders and vendor relationships with premium suppliers.
• Coordinate logistics, delivery, installation and hand‑over of all items.
• Identify cost‑optimization opportunities while preserving the brand’s premium experience.
• Develop risk‑mitigation strategies to protect brand reputation and guest satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to the Finance Department to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and practical problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in FF&E/OS&E procurement within hospitality or luxury environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts and supplier performance.
• Comfort working cross‑functionally with design, operations and finance teams.
