Learning & Organizational Development Consultant

About the role

Synapse Strategy & Innovation is seeking a Learning & Organizational Development Consultant to join its client‑facing team. The role blends business development, solution design, facilitation and project management to help clients improve team performance and organizational culture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients, conduct discovery calls and present Synapse solutions.
• Translate client conversations into clear scopes of work, proposals, quotations and concept notes.
• Design and co‑facilitate workshops, team‑building sessions and leadership programs using Synapse methodologies.
• Manage project delivery from proposal acceptance through implementation, logistics, documentation and post‑intervention reporting.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and support business development activities.

Required profile

• Experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development or related consulting fields.
• Proven ability to engage clients, ask discovery questions and develop tailored solutions.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with confidence delivering workshops.
• Excellent project coordination and communication abilities.
