Momentum Miles is seeking dynamic, ambitious professionals to join as Portuguese‑Speaking Appointment Setters. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop a career in international business development, sales, and partnership building while working remotely in a target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Send outreach emails daily to potential partner companies and make outbound calls to prospective partners.
• Identify and engage key decision‑makers, book high‑quality meetings, and ensure they are confirmed and attended.
• Use CRM tools and lead‑sourcing platforms to manage partnership opportunities and maintain accurate records of outreach activities.
• Conduct research on target companies to uncover partnership opportunities and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Support the partnerships team in achieving weekly and monthly outreach and meeting targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Language, Economics or a related field.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English with confident speaking and clear communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking on the phone with professionals.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities, able to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Enthusiasm, initiative, and willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for managing contacts and outreach.
• Experience using virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
• Basic familiarity with email communication and online collaboration tools.
