About the role
We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of our luxury island resort. This senior position requires strong leadership, a passion for high‑end cuisine, and the ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a remote, world‑class destination.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations across all food outlets.
- Design and execute innovative, high‑quality menus that align with brand standards.
- Maintain strict food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Control food costs, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Train, mentor, and develop the culinary team.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in presentation and service.
- Collaborate with management on guest experience and special events.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Expertise in international cuisine; fine‑dining experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of cost control and kitchen financials.
- Ability to work in a remote island environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
