About the role
As the Food & Beverage Manager at Anantara Bazaruto, you will turn dining into theatre, storytelling, and connection. You will lead from the floor, shape memorable experiences, and work hand‑in‑hand with the Executive Chef to bring a barefoot‑luxury vision to life.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all F&B operations with a guest‑experience‑first mindset.
- Drive service standards that reflect relaxed, refined luxury.
- Coach, mentor and develop a high‑performing, service‑driven team.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on concepts, menus and storytelling.
- Elevate the bar program and craft signature beverage experiences.
- Ensure consistency across all outlets, from beach service to fine dining.
- Embed a culture of ownership, accountability and pride.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager (or strong Assistant stepping up) in luxury hospitality.
- Strong bar and beverage background – non‑negotiable.
- Natural host and storyteller with a passion for developing people.
- Hands‑on, adaptable and comfortable in a remote island environment.
- Deep understanding of guest experience beyond operations.
- Energy, warmth and a visible presence on the floor.
