Night Auditor – Front Office (Night Shift)

About the role

The Night Auditor will manage front office operations during the overnight shift at Anantara Bazaruto Island Resort. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest support while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently.
• Post room charges, payments, and reconcile daily transactions.
• Prepare end‑of‑day financial reports and resolve any discrepancies with finance and front office teams.
• Manage reservations and room allocations during the night.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate with security and other departments to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Required profile

• Strong front‑office and guest‑facing abilities, including reception and reservation duties.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proficient cash handling and basic accounting with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in hotel night audit or front office preferred.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and stay calm under pressure.
